Don’t forget the importance of fiber while you’re at it. Complex carbs like whole grains and starchy vegetables will provide a slow release of energy, where as proteins and healthy fats will help you stay full and increase your focus.
Don’t forget a significant portion of your brain is comprised of fat, so skipping out on this important aspect of your diet may be cause for brain fog. Fat is not the bad culprit that it’s made out to be as long as it comes from healthy sources.

Make it a habit to sip water throughout the day, and if this is a problem because of the lack of taste, don’t be afraid to add a few flavors.
